Step 1. The roadrunner is an amazing animal! You and your classmates are going to become researchers and learn all kinds of exciting things about roadrunners. Your first job is to draw a picture of a roadrunner. You may use pencils, crayons, and watercolor paints. This will be part of a classroom display board when this project is complete!
Step 2. Your next assignment is to write a paragraph telling us what you already know about the roadrunner.
Step3. You are now going to learn some exciting new things about the roadrunner! Use your computer mouse to click on the "Roadrunner Facts" Box below. This will take you to a website that is all about Roadrunners! Now, read about the roadrunners and write down three things that you read that you didn't know about Roadrunners before.
Step 4. When everyone in the class is done with steps 1-3, you will have a chance to share what you have learned with each other and start creating a classroom display board of Arizona PLants and Wildlife! |
