Creating Your Map

Create your map by visiting the following web site and following the step-by-step procedures below.

Text Box: Remember, longitude is West and East (x-coordinates) and latitude is North and South (y-coordinates). Text Box: Make Sure that the indicated check boxes are checked in order for your map to work properly.

Text Box: Enter your parks in the order that you want to visit them. Make Phoenix your first and last entry.
Enter your x-coordinate, followed by a comma and a space.
Enter your y-coordinate, followed by a comma and a space.
Enter your city name or your national park name. Press enter to create another entry.

Text Box: Your almost done. Now, click “Create Map” and once it appears, print it. Text Box: After you have entered all your parks in the proper order, check the “connect locations” check box and make sure the “annotate locations” check box is checked.
