This is an excellent resource for teachers. This site contains numerous lesson plans and thematic units. You can search by grade level, content area, or both. The site also contains articles, teacher tips, a discussion board and links to other great sites.

This site has links to lesson plans for every subject area. Beside each lesson title in math is the grade level (elementary, middle, high) in parentheses. Lessons include objectives, materials, and procedures.

A resourceful site for teachers of K-12. Lesson plans, webquest information, education articles, etc.  Lots of downloadable drill and practice worksheets. Navigation through site is easy.  One bad thing is, there is almost too much here that you could get lost.

This site is based in Maryland, but I found some wonderful resources to use in my classroom.  It gives sites for Kindergarten through fifth grade.  Each grade level is broken into the areas of the curriculum that each particular grade covers.

Lesson plans and worksheets for a variety of math topics.  Some correlate with PBS programs.
