Revisioning Curriculum
Children learning in cyberspace:
- are reading from authentic sources, not textbooks
- are learning what they choose to know, not what someone else thinks they should know
- are exposed to many versions of the truth, not a single, controlled version of the truth
- are forming value judgments about the worth of what they learn, not being evaluated on their mastery of textbook knowledge
