The name of the organization shall be Arizona Supreme Basketball Club, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Club." The principal place of business shall be within Maricopa County, Arizona at a location as determined from time to time by the Board of Directors. The Club may have other offices either within or without the State of Arizona, as the Board of Directors may designate or as the business of the Club may require from time to time.

The purpose of this Club shall be to provide opportunities for participation in organized competitive youth basketball and to develop young basketball players. The Club is dedicated to instilling in the players, parents, business managers, coaches, officers, and directors, the ideals of good citizenship and sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and to treat with respect all who are encountered during their involvement in Club activities whether on or off the basketball court.
