Open a Word
document and begin typing:

To Insert Clip
Art
- Place your cursor
where you wish to inset Clip Art
- From the Insert
Drop-Down Window, choose Picture then Clip
Art
- For the rest of
this tutorial, abbreviates are used: Insert > Picture
> Clip Art

A Dialog Box Appears
with all available clip art that comes with
Word:
- Either scroll
through the categories and then the pictures to find an
appropriate picture, OR
- Type a word in the
Search box to locate all pictures that match your
topic
- Click on the
picture you wish to Insert in your
document
- Click
Insert

The selected clip art
now appears in your document:

To copy and paste this
Clip Art somewhere else in your document:
- Click on the Clip
Art so it is highlighted (see blue squares around picture
below)
- Edit >
Copy

Edit > Paste
To add a photograph or
scanned image to your document:
- Place your cursor
where you wish to inset a photograph or picture from your
files
- Insert > Picture
> From File

A Dialog Box
appears:
- Scroll through your
files until you locate the one you wish to
insert
- Select
it
- Click
Insert
Your photograph appears
in your document:
To insert a Movie into
your document:
- Place your cursor
where you wish to insert a movie into your
document
- Insert >
Movie
A Dialog Box
appears:
- Scroll through your
files until you locate the movie you wish to
insert
- Select
it
- Click
Open

Your movie appears in
your document:

Congratulations!
You can now add clip arts, pictures and movies to your
files!
