Arizona Technology in Education Alliance

Exemplary Web Site Award Winners

The Arizona Technology in Education Alliance (AzTEA) presented six $1,000 awards to Arizona educational institutions for their exemplary Web sites at the Microcomputers in Education Conference (MEC) at Arizona State University on Wednesday, March 14, 2001.

Each applicant completed evaluation rubrics on the AzTEA web site. These rubrics are useful tools for any educational institution planning to create or enhance a web site.

The winners were invited to present at local AzTEA Chapter meetings throughout the State to assist other schools with their web site development. CCS Presentation Systems in Scottsdale and NEC sponsored these awards.
