The Division of Business and Finance
is committed to support and facilitate the pursuit of the campus mission of teaching,
research, and public service by providing coordinated, customer-focused, cost-effective,
and innovative services.
Provides a variety of services to the students, faculty, staff and visitors to ASU at the West campus, including Fleet Services, Digital Print and Copy Services, all aspects of Event & Meeting Services including media, Mail Services, Stores and Central Receiving, Property Accounting, Recycling Services, Lost and Found, Vending, campus switchboard and Information Desks and contracted services through the ASU Bookstore, Arizona State Savings & Credit Union and contracted food services through ARAMARK.
Provides design services for remodel work of offices and
services areas on campus. We provide maintenance of landscaping, buildings, office furniture,
access systems such as key control and card access, signage and building systems including heating
and air conditioning, plumbing and electrical.
Provides support to the academic and non-academic units of ASU at
the West campus and includes the services of Accounting, Purchasing, Records Management, Student
Accounts, Accounts Payable, Travel, and Cashiering.
Provides resources and services in the areas of employment, benefits, payroll
and records, training and development, employee relations, compensation and
classification and balancing life and work.
The mission of the Arizona State University Police Department is to enhance the quality of life by providing a
safe and secure environment through professional and proactive law enforcement services in partnership with the
University community.
