The Media Services division of Auxiliary Services offers media equipment,
technical support, and consulting services for all meetings and events held on campus.
Requests for Service
To place a media request for an event or meeting please use one of the following methods:

Call Ed Burleson, Media Events coordinator at 602-543-5586, Susan Lennick at 602-543-7751 or Peggy Tuttle at 602-543-7740.
If you submit your event request on-line, there is a text box for listing requested A/V media equipment.
Please submit your media requests at least 48 hours prior to event or meeting.
If you require a special software installation on a computer that has been requested
please allow 10 business days for the software installation.
PowerPoint and/or DVDs should be delivered to Media Services at least 24 business
hours in advance to assure compatibility with equipment.
Please note that no off-campus equipment checkouts are allowed. All media equipment is
delivered and set up by Auxiliary Services Media personnel, and is to be
used only on the ASU's West campus.
*Please note:
Rental fees are daily rates unless otherwise specified, and usually only apply to category II and III events.
All equipment / services requested by paying clients less than 48 hours prior to event are subject to late charges.
