Welcome to Event and Meeting Services

GENERAL INFORMATION

This office schedules, coordinates and manages the use of space, set ups, and technical support for your event.

We schedule, coordinate, and manage events for:

• ASU West academic units, colleges, committees, councils, departments, divisions, offices, registered student organizations, and schools.
• Other Schools and Universities.
• Individuals, Businesses and Organizations.

We provide:

• Excellent on-campus media equipment and support.
• ARAMARK, an on-campus dining and catering service.
• Lovely adaptable and accommodating facilities.
• Fair and reasonable rates
• Warm and friendly superior services.
• An oasis in the valley of the sun.

ABOUT OUR CATERING

Caterer for all events held in the University Center Building (UCB) and the Delph Courtyard is ARAMARK.

Catering for outside spaces can be obtained from the caterers listed on Preferred Caterers Lists.

ABOUT OUR FACILITIES

ASU's West campus offers spaces with a wide variety of possible setups and amenities. Rooms and outdoor spaces are available on a first-come first-served basis.

Courtyards adorn each building. Grassy areas and fountains beautify the campus.

We can help you plan and coordinate small one-time meetings or large conferences, musical concerts or graduations, dances, and more. Our goal is to help you make your event incredibly wonderful and highly successful.

RESERVATION INFORMATION

How do I make a reservation?

Student Organizations

Reserve rooms and spaces by picking up the request form at the Student Engagement or use the online form. Completed, approved forms are then turned in to the Scheduling office.

How do I cancel or modify a reservation or reservation request?
