10. Fountain Grass PENNISETUM setaceum
Small clumping perennial grass, growing 2-3 ft. high. Light green with showy flower stalks in summer through fall and have mixed colors of white, pink, and purple. Used in rock gardens, small planters, and on banks and slopes. Adapted to heat, sun, drought, cold, and poor soils. Produces a highly viable supply of seed. Location: 47th Ave. medium. |
