Events
CSAC board members were honored by the presence of Dean John Hepburn and Dr. Jeffrey Kassing at the regular Board meeting May 16. Dr. Hepburn shared some of his vision for the College of Human Services and expressed his gratitude to CSAC for its contributions. The meeting preceded a reception at the West Campus honoring Alumni hosted by Dr. Hepburn.
Christie Munson, co-President of CSAC sang the National Anthem and the ASU Alma Mater at the College of Human Services Convocation May 12, 2006. Way to go Christie!! CSAC was also one of four alumni chapters from the College of Human Services that sold roses and flower leis at the ceremonies. Karla Burkhart, Mark Ceser, Carol Marshall and Shirley Talley helped to raise funds for chapter operations and scholarships.
Our first signature networking event was a huge success. Attended by Alumni, Faculty and students past and present, CSAC provided a panel of alumni who discussed their careers, how they got there and the experience they gained. Entertainment and refreshments were provided.
