Mission

The Information Technology Lab (ITL), a service of the University Technology Office, is designed to provide faculty and staff with technology assistance and training in the fields of teaching and presentation. The lab also provides workshops and demonstrations on new technology for teaching and learning, as well as providing access to scarce tools and equipment.

The staff of the ITL, while not experts on all tools, can

• provide recommendations on the use of the equipment and software,
• assist in the use of the tools available, and
• advise users on personalized training options in the pursuit of acquiring technology skills.
