CLCC 170 - Honeywell Computer Classroom

The Honeywell Classroom has PC (Windows) computers for each of 60 students. The room is laid out as shown in the following diagram (not to scale). Student seating is tiered.

Instructor Desk & Equipment

The instructor desk in the Honeywell Classroom is electrically height-adjustable from a 30" base height to 37.5".

It has a control panel (AMX system) for managing the media equipment and the projection source.

Video, audio, and Internet cables are available for guest laptop connection.

A document camera on the instructor desk (Wolfvision VZ-8 Lite) is available so you can project handwritten or printed materials, transparencies, or 3-dimensional objects.

Honeywell Grant Makes Classroom Special

Initial equipping of this classroom was made possible through a generous grant from Honeywell Corporation.

The Honeywell grant will also provide for sliding marker boards and for improved room decor.

Honeywell is known for quality and for broad and diverse products, businesses, and technologies.

The equipment in this room was installed in January 2004.
