Reserving Student Group Study Rooms

You will need to provide your ASURITE UserID and password to book the Group Study rooms.

Booking rules:

  • Room bookings are available to ASU students only.  Your status as a currently enrolled ASU student will be verified when your account is accessed to book the room.
  • Each booking may be up to 3 hours in length.
  • Each student may book up to 3 hours in a single day in a group study room.
  • Each student may book up to 100 hours per semester in the group study rooms (all rooms combined).
  • Bookings will be held for 15 minutes after the start time.  After that, the room will be considered open and available for use by other patrons.

A Sun Card is required to enter CLCC Group Study rooms.

Effective May 12, 2005, you will need a Sun Card to enter group rooms located in CLCC.

 

FYI Box (for your information)
The group study room located in Fletcher Library Room 207 is the only room that is wheelchair accessible.
