Student Group Study RoomsThe group study rooms are ideal for use by two or more students who want to work on class assignments together. The presence of computer and projector makes it possible for everyone to see the same thing at the same time, and to develop and practice presentations with equipment similar to that in West campus classrooms. Reservations for group study rooms are highly recommended, since the rooms are in great demand. You will need your ASURITE UserID to reserve a room, and you should make sure you are familiar with room reservation guidelines before you make your reservation. You will need your Sun Card to gain access to the rooms that are in the Classroom/Lab Computer Classroom Building (CLCC). You will not be able to install your own software on a group study room computer. However, if your instructor requires you to use software that is not on the computer, he or she may ask IT to install it. If you temporarily store files on the group room computer's hard drive, you may want to refer to our Brief Guide to Backing Up Your Data for instructions on how to copy your files to removable media. Following are the configurations of the group study room computers. Standard public site software is installed on the computers, and each has an Ethernet connection to the campus network and to the Internet. Configuration A
