West Campus Student Help DeskIf you are having problems using ASU technology services, you can telephone the Student Help Desk for assistance (see numbers at right →). The Help Desk phone is answered by Technopolis staff. They will try to assist you if you are having problems related to:
The Help Desk is set up to handle fairly routine questions or problems that can be dealt with over the phone in a short amount of time. For more complex questions or problems, we will refer you to another resource or ask you to come in to Technopolis. There is another Help Desk operated by University IT that might also be able to help you with some problems or questions, particularly those relating to your ASURITE UserID and ASU e-mail. You may phone them, or send them an inquiry on-line (requires valid ASURITE UserID). If you are having trouble getting connected to the Internet from your home, please contact your own Internet Service Provider. |
