Migrants In The City

           At El Rancho Grande

I decided to travel ten minutes to observe migrants in the city in Phoenix. During the weekend, a Sunday, I went to a famous market store called El Rancho Super Market located in 59th avenue and Thomas.  There are several Rancho Market stores spread out in California and in Arizona. Most of the Rancho Markets in Arizona are located in Phoenix.  This store is not only a grocery store, it is also a restaurant. Rancho Super Market attracts the Hispanic community and most of their clientele come from Mexico.  People go here for several reasons, such as their low prices and the quality of the food.

In my opinion, they have the best fruit and their bakery makes the best cakes, bread and churros in town.  People seem to enjoy going to El Rancho Super Market because they have the chance to speak their language freely without judgment.  All Rancho Super Markets are extremely busy on Sundays.  Most people go in their Sunday best; I’m guessing that they go to the Rancho Super Market after church. I think that people go here to spend quality time with their families and their paisanos.
