"Open Letter"

     Wow... What a wonderful class!!! I didn't expect so much from this class, plenty of resources and all the material I should learn about Migration...I got it. Have you ever known that coming across the border could cause the death? Yes, it does. I have learn from this class that to come across the border had killed so many people already, Prof. Koptiuch showed me the real VIDEO one mother of female immigrant who walked from Mexico to the U.S. but unfortunately she couldn't make it. She lost her life during the trip to the border, that was so sad. I don't want to see anyone death from crossing the border.

          Moreover, I got to learn more about the guest worker policy which is relevant to me since I am a foreign student who will be looking for the job after graduate. I am very interesting in working in the United Kingdom and I got to learn a lot from doing the country poster. I gain a lot of knowledge which I can use in the future.

          I think I would miss something if I didn't take this class, at least I learned that I am very lucky. There are so many people behind me waiting for hope, chance, opportunities and LIFE...but here I am...I have an opportunity, I have my parents, I am surrounded by nice people...what a nice life!!!
