One of my hobbies is reading and collecting Science Fiction
first editions. While I have been reading science fiction for
over thirty years I have been a collector for a much shorter
period. With the decline of small local specialty bookstores
I've found that locating both new and used books in the Science
Fiction genre even in a city as large as Phoenix is often difficult
and time consuming. So if you are tired of going to Borders,
Barnes & Noble, Bookstar, Waldenbooks, or any of the other
big trade bookstores and not finding the science fiction/fantasy
books you want, the world wide web offers both new and used bookstores
that specialize in the science fiction genre. Part of the original
idea for this website was to provide a little insight into the
wide variety of honest booksellers out there and to provide information
on small presses and publishers that specialize in Science Fiction
literature.
Since the development of this website over four years ago
I have found the Internet to be a wonderful resource for all
kinds of information on the genre of Science Fiction and therefore
I have added some links to other resource pages as well as the
growing number of author pages now accessible to fans. I have
