nATIVE AMERICAN STUDENT ORGANIZATION - NASO

ASU West - Phoenix, Arizona

* What kinds of things does NASO do?
It all depends on what members decide. Typically, the Native American Student Organization is involved in:
Campus activities
Community service projects
Fund-raisers
Club socials
Activities that promote professional development like leadership conferences and skills workshops.  We can help provide funding for its members who wish to attend conferences, workshops, seminars, etc. that are related to their majors.

*  Does being involved with NASO require a lot of time?
No! You can be actively involved with as little as 2-3 hours per month.

*  What will I gain from being involved in NASO?
The rewards are endless! You will meet new friends, practice real skills (sometimes without even realizing it!) like leadership, organization, and effective communication. You will have opportunities to get involved in activities that can be rewarding both for yourself and for your professional growth!
