| Helen Padgett
is the project manager for ASUW’s PT3 project. She coordinates
and directs the activities to ensure that the goals and objectives
of the PT3 project are accomplished. She has been involved with
technology and professional development activities at the public
school, state, and university levels. She has provided leadership
to increase the use of technology for instruction by planning, facilitating,
and presenting workshops for faculty, preservice, and K-12 teachers.
Helen has developed a state-recognized Technology Mentor Teacher
Program to support educational technology. |

Mary
E. Odom,
Educational Technology
Specialist |

| Mary E.
Odom earned her master’s of education degree in educational
media and computers. She was a teacher and library media specialist
in the public school system for eight years and conducted staff
development with the Arizona Department of Education’s Tempe
Regional Training Center. She is currently an academic associate
and educational technology specialist at ASUW with the PT3 project.
She creates and provides instruction on technology-integrated materials
as part of the PT3 program of instruction to preservice teachers
and their K-12 mentor teachers. She also conducts workshops and
classes for the Arizona Classrooms of Tomorrow Today (AZCOTT) program,
which is another part of the ASUW PT3 Project. |

Mia
Kim Williams,
Educational Technology
Specialist |

| Mia Kim
Williams has a master’s of secondary education degree in educational
media and computers from ASUW. She has a background in secondary
education teaching English and earth science and has proposed, developed,
and implemented technology- integrated curriculum for the school
district. She is currently teaching COE courses for ASUW and participates
in research for a U.S. Department of Education PT3 project. In her
current position of academic associate and educational technology
specialist, she develops and facilitates faculty professional development
and works with individual faculty members and COE programs to integrate
technology into courses. She also works with preservice and K-12
teachers in the PLUS and AZCOTT sections of the grant. |
