Convocation Faculty Participants

All West campus faculty members are invited to attend the commencement and convocation ceremonies. Faculty members are asked to RSVP as the date approaches so that we can plan logistics accordingly.

All participating faculty must wear regalia, available for rent or purchase at the ASU Bookstore. A limited number of black gowns are available on a first come, first served basis by calling Teresa Snyder at 602-543-5311.

The dean of each of the colleges will be asked to appoint a faculty marshal for their convocation ceremony. The faculty marshal leads the students in the Grand Processional and reads the names of their college's graduates as they cross the stage. If you are interested in serving in this capacity, contact your dean.
