Convocation Volunteers

The West campus Convocation represents the culmination of all the work we do all year. Volunteering to work the convocation is an extremely rewarding experience, especially when you see the faces of our graduates and their families. Of course the big moment is when the student names are called and they walk across stage, however there is a lot of support needed to get everyone lined up and in their seats. We need student or staff volunteers in the following areas:

• Guest Ambassador
• Student Registration
• Guest Services
• Grand Processional
