Community college transfer students can explore ASU programs

Info sessions for all campuses offered at ASU's West campus

Community college students have the opportunity to explore Arizona State University for a half-day of information-packed open house programs 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 16. Transfer students who are interested in programs at any of ASU's campuses are invited to these sessions held at ASU's West campus.

Students will learn about academic programs, living on campus, financial aid, student life and scholarships, including fall 2005 scholarships now available specifically for transfer students attending Maricopa County community colleges. Representatives from each of ASU’s campuses will be on hand to present information and answer questions.

A tour of ASU’s West campus will be offered noon to 1 p.m.

ASU’s West campus is located at 4701 W. Thunderbird Rd. in northwest Phoenix. Sessions will be conducted in La Sala in the University Center Building. Parking is free.

RSVPs are requested and may be made online at: www.west.asu.edu/gowest or by calling (602) 543-8550. Students will receive an online confirmation with an agenda as well as detailed information on directions, parking and check-in.
