Verrado hosts ASU lifelong learning classes

Arizona State University is offering public lectures and classes this fall through its lifelong learning program at Verrado in Buckeye. Registration, required prior to the start of class, currently is being accepted for a variety of offerings, including: “White Tank Discover Hike,” 9 to 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 29; conversational Spanish II, 7 to 8:30 p.m., Thursdays, starting Nov. 3, for six weeks; “Water and the West,” 7 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 8; and “Why Do You Do That? Personality Differences: How They Affect Us as Parents and Spouses,” 7 to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 6.
