All TRiO Academic Achievement Center tutors are trained and certified through the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA).

Requesting Tutoring Services

Request a writing tutor:
Writing tutors are available through an online sign-up schedule and will help with the different components of your paper: organization, introduction, thesis, topic sentences, specific support, flow, conclusion, documentation, and grammar-punctuation. Writing tutors will not edit your paper, they will teach you how to edit your paper. Make an appointment here.
Request a math/science tutor:
Math and science tutors are available to be assigned for 1:1 or small group weekly ongoing appointments for the semester. TRiO AAC participants needing a math or science tutor must make an appointment with the TRiO Tutoring Coordinator to determine tutoring needs and availability of the student. To make an appointment call or email the Tutoring Coordinator at 602.543.8083.
