    • For employees, Employee Assistance Program, 602.264.4600 (24 hour staffing).
    • EMPACT Suicide Prevention Center, 480.921.1006 (24 hour staffing).

BIZARRE, DESTRUCTIVE OR THREATENING BEHAVIOR
