TEACHING

Over 40 years of full-time teaching experience (12 months each year excepting five full and five half summers) at four AACSB-accredited institutions; loads have ranged from 6 to 15 credit hours per term (except summers); annual preparations have ranged from 2 to 7; have taught 55 distinctly different courses (56% graduate--27 courses in management, 4 in economics; 44% undergraduate--21 courses in management, 3 in economics). Average ratings of sample of students (4 = best; not all records kept): 1994-99 for 650 students: 3.27; for prior years -- 3.5 ( 550 executives in development programs), 3.3 (500 graduate students); 3.1 (~1000 undergraduates exempting large courses). ASU Parents Association Professor of the Year 2000 Finalist; Who's Who Among America's Teachers, 2002.

PUBLICATIONS, PRESENTATIONS, AND RESEARCH

Over 230 -- 171 publications (1 research monograph, 5 books and 5 ancillaries, 1 edited proceedings, 65 refereed articles, 9 invited chapters, 5 book reviews, 8 technical reports, 4 textbook chapters, 1 curriculum module, 31 proceedings, 1 software, 2 websites, and 31 other publications) and 63 professional presentations not in proceedings. Over $50,000 of funded research in addition to participation in numerous grant proposals; consultant on two major funded projects.  1983 Showcase Study Award for research design and completion, Organizational Behavior Division of the Academy of Management.  Faculty Achievement Award in Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity, ASU West, 2001.
