different courses (56% graduate--27 courses in management, 4 in economics;
44% undergraduate--21 courses in management, 3 in economics). Average ratings of sample of students (4 = best; not all
records kept): 1994-99 for 650 students: 3.27; for prior years -- 3.5 ( 550
executives in development programs), 3.3 (500 graduate students); 3.1 (~1000
